Joining a choir is a wonderful opportunity for your child to improve their singing skills, make new friends, grow their self-confidence and maybe even to travel. London is home to a vast number of children’s choirs, most of which are charities operating from schools, churches or municipal buildings. With the exception of church or cathedral choirs, there is not normally any religious affiliation. The majority are for boys and girls of all ages and an audition is not normally required, and never for children under the age of 7.
